Machine Description:

1. It adopts fingerless suction or moon teeth type slot inner suction leading feeding system.

2. Upper corrugated roll and pressure roller are controlled pneumatically.

3. The corrugated roll is made of the alloy steel material of 48 CrMo with whole gears quenching. Surface of the gear adopts the latest nanotechnology treatment, which is hard and durable with long lifespan.

4. Bearings of the upper and lower corrugated rolls and pressure roll adopt special high temperature lubricating oil or diluted oil compulsive lubrication.

5. Surface of glue roll is embossed with netting design and plated with chrome treatment.

6. Backspace and reposition of the gluing structure is pneumatically controlled. It is equipped with auto-circulating glue feeding system. Glue slot can be lifted pneumatically. Gluing width is electrically adjusted. Gluing thickness is adjusted automatically or electrically and is digital displayed.

7. It is equipped with closed decelerating box, gimbal transmission and frequency speed adjusting.

8. It is equipped with surface and inner paper preheating roll with passive revolving design.

9. “A” type is fingerless suction. “B” type is inner suction.

10. Automatic paper broken protection system is optional.
