The unique feature ofthis product is the high load of VCI chemicals and capability to absorbmoisture, which makes it a very aggressive fighter against the menaceof probable environmental deterioration. Due to high concentration ofVCIs, it offers over 10 times more protection coverage than thetraditional VCI papers and films, making it idle for large surface andlong term protection.

These chemicals have aproperty of sublimating & they deposit on metal surfaces forming aprotective mono-ionic layer. This layer thus offers effectiveprotection against oxidation & corrosion to ferrous &non-ferrous surfaces & hard to reach areas such as drill holes,crevices by making them inert to the action of corroding agents likehumidity, moisture, salt etc. SAFEPACK VCI FOAMs work well under anyadverse conditions including contaminants in air such as hydrogensulphide, sulphur dioxide, ammonia or acid rain.

METHOD OF USAGE :

• Ideally install before the process of corrosion / oxidation starts
• Ensure the surface to which it will adhere is clean & dry
• Remove the packing of the VCI Foam just before use
• Peel off the adhesive tape & affix (in case of Adhesive backed foam)
• Seal package well, though not necessarily air tight for maximum benefit

PACKAGING & STORAGE CONDITIONS :

• Store in a cool and dry place
• Stable at normal storage conditions
• Keep away from contaminants prior to usage
• Store in original packing for optimum benefits
