UV printed products are the new products that have been produced by the unremitting development of the printing industry and printing equipment innovation. By UV printing, a vivid shining printing effect can be achieved on plastic sheets which can not be attained by traditional offset printing. It can enhance product brightness and protect product surface, boasts high hardness, resistance to corrosion and friction, not liable to scratches and so on. UV coating is required for some laminated products and can achieve environmental protection requirements. Materials for UV printed products are mainly PVC, PFT, and PP, PF polyester film, rolled film, pearlescent film, laser film, gold/silver cardboard, adhesive stickers and other plastic sheets and papers, with thickness ranging from 0.1mm to1mm according to customer's product requirements. By using globally top-grade printing equipment, e.g. Heidelberg five-color UV printing machines, Man Roland 6 +1 UV printing machines, the printed products are endowed with clear patterns, vivid colors and high ink adhesion, not liable to discoloring. The products enjoy wide scope of use, suitable for the highlight of trademarks or packages in such fields as electronics, electrical appliances, household appliances, mechanical toys, chemicals, medicines, foods, cosmetics and so on.
