Operating Theory
The bottles are fed into tunnel oven by bottle washing machine and conveyed into preheat zone,high temperature sterilizing zone and cooling zone by a horizontal network After sterilizing and removing heat source ,the bottles are fed out of oven and into bottle filling and stoppering.High temperature sterilizing zone is a hot-air circular system,which is composed of heat-resistant blower fan, filter and dehumidifier.The purified hot-air is supplied continuously through the bottles on the network,not only achieve the requirement of heating sterilizing and removing heat source,but also the protection of 100stage laminar flow reached.The preheat section is composed of blower fan and high efficiency filter; The cooling section is a cooling system ,which is composed of blower fan,high efficiency filter and exhaust blower ,achieving the bottles cooling
and the protection of 100 stage laminar flow.
This machine adopts PLC control and touch screen to display and operation.
This machine is equipped with a superior digital temperature controller to control temperature;the blower fan adopts frequency conversion to control speed; the wind belt adopts stepless speed,and have fault diagnosis and trouble solutions.
