Product Description:

Compact design, with colour touch screen and PLC control system, convenient, visualized and reliable. Tube feeding, marking identification, filling, sealing, code printing, ejecting out the tubes conducted by automatic systerm.
The speed is adjustable and controlled by frequency converter. With safety device, the machine is shut down when the door is opened, with filling quantity counting function.
The material that contacts feed is made of 316L stainless steel, clean, sanitary and conforming with CMP. With easy and quick adjustment, it is suitable for filling all sizes of plastic tubes, laminated aluminum tubes.
Shapes of sealing: With different shape of sealing component, different sealing shapes can be achieved with one set of tube filling and sealing machine.
