1. Character of the machine

This machine is three roller symmetrical, the upper roller is running vertically in the centre symmetrical position of the two lower rollers, the two lower rollers rotating running, by the output gear of the reducer, it engaged with the lower roller’s gear, to provide the torque for the rolled plate.

3. Main structure

This equipment is consists of upper roller installation, lower roller, main driving installation, left and right frame, and chassis.

3-1. Upper roller installation

The upper roller installation is consists of upper roller bearing set, upper roller, and slide etc.

Material of upper roller:45steel,medium frequency quench: strength HRC40~50.

3-2. Lower roller

The upper roller’s main driving provide motive power, to output the gear, input bearing of the lower roller, open driving torsion to the lower roller through the main driving. Material of the lower roller: 45 steel, medium frequency quench: strength HRC40~50.

3-3. Main driving installation

The main driving installation is consists of main motor, gear reducer, and so on.

The main driving can run positive and negative, and provide the motive power for the plate’s rolling.

3-4. Frame and chassis

The frame is the plate’s welded piece, the chassis is the channel iron’s welded piece.

4. Electric control system

Motive power: 380V/50Hz. The main switch has the short-circuit protection function and overload protection function. The motor’s positive and negative running is controlled by current connector; There are control button and indicator in the electric box, to control the operating and working for the whole during working.
