Hose is heated by the heating wire which is twine on it.PT100 temperature detector check the temperature of the hose and give the feedback to temperature control system to adjusted temperature to make sure the temperature in the setting value.
It can be configurationed in different length, power, inner container size and temperature detector type as customer requirement. It can be choosed 90°liquid junction,120°liquid junction and 180°liquid junction device.
Features:
1. Its use the import the American Dupont Inner container with steel wire twine protection. Hose with strong resistance to pressure,well anti-sticking,flexibility and anti-high temperature, greatly reduce the carbonization to jamming the glue gun.
2. It’s using the import carbon fiber to heating and advanced technique of to twine evenly. The hose has low consumption and working life is 3 times than usual heating wire, at the meantime well heat conduction can reduce the warming up time.
3. The hose have well flexibility and banding radius may reach 20cm.
4. It can use in other brand hot melt equipment after refitment.
