Can not see the hidden words “VOID” before peel off the face material , after peeled , the face material will apprence warning message or graphics . partly adhesive will transfeing to the objects , used to one time products which the face is glossy or coated PE security bags .

Products details :

1. our standard size for Jumbo material : 520mm*500m/ roll ( the width is available which adhesive to adhesive ) we can meet the customer kindly request and split the exact roll size which customer wanted , we kindly advice customers can use our standard length .the best width for us split and reduce our waste .

2.color request : white /red/blue /black etc . ( we have made the coated for face material , it is very easy to printing )

3. range for temperature : -54°C to 193.5°C.

4. Life span : Can be stored for one year under 24°C and 50% relative humidity circumstances

5.Use method : nomal temperature , after 30mins then peel off the material , the best angle is 145 degree .. this is the best way to test material .

The appropriate printed

The corona facial treatment material without special ink preparation can be used for flexography, UV relief plate, laser print and heat transfer process. White pre-print test for the final decision on what ink is still very important.

Performance for labeling

The standard automatic labeler machine has been successful trial affixed a variety of different shapes of sample labels (minimum labeling temperature of 10°C),the use of temperature range is -54°C to 193.5°C.

adhesive : Oily-visecose

release paper : 80g glassine paper .

Remarks : The surface material: hidden “VOID” gray fonts layer of polyester film, suitable for anti-forgery label used, can be widely used in the flexographic printing, UV relief printing, laser printing and thermal transfer ink processing mode.

Adhesive agent: 20 micro acrylic-based permanent agglutinant. The agglutinant is of a very high viscosity and the final viscosity in the majority of material.

Release paper: 80g Glassine Paper, suitable for web-fed printing methods and automatic labeling.

Application :

1. Used to all types of tamper evident products, and other fields of anti-fake. Can provide to printing enterprises for printing fidelity label sticker, seal labels.
2. To prevent label, sticker was used after lift.
3. To prevent the contents of the product or packaging were opened, changed, embezzlement. It is the anti-forgery seal of the product.
4. To prevent the documents, mail and parcels unauthorized open.
