2) Enclosed double counting discs and 2 nozzles are built inside of the transparent enclosure panel this Compact design prevents products pollution from outer atmosphere .
3) All product contact parts are made of SUS 304 or SUS 316 (optional) or FDA approved stainless steel materials .
4) Bottles are positioned and changed by air cylinder to ensure accuracy positioning prior to filling to avoid spillage.
5) Accurate counting system, No bottle—No fill!
6) One conveyer for bottles transmission with speed variator .
7) Easy to dismantle with a minimum amount parts for clean up .
8) Compatible design allows for attaching a capping machine ,a labeling machine and a cartooning machine to become a line-up production.
