This is an linear piston filling machine for cream and liquid. Material filling is controlled by PLC and touch screen control panel. Accurate measuring, advanced structure, stable operating, low noise, widely adjusting range, and fast filling speed. It is suitable for filling materials that are easily volatilizing, easily crystallizing or easily foaming;liquid which can strongly corrupt rubber, plastic, high viscous liquid, and semifluid .
Digitize adjustment in the Human–Computer Interaction ,and the filling volume requiment of 100ml, 200ml,etc can be easily done by the touch screen. The filling capacity of each filling head can be adjusted finely ,
Outside and wetted parts are made of excellent stainless steel. The surface is processed by polishing. Beautiful look, meets GMP standard.
