This JS-400M series sleeving machine fits to sleeving labels for 400 bottles per minute,this is a high speed sleeving labels machine.

SUMMARY:

1. Automatic fault-detection of the whole machine, the reason why equipment goes wrong can be found timely with the support of Chinese language display and warning prompt of tricolored light in the human-computer interface.

2. Adjustment to the running speed of the whole machine can be carried out with only one knob for the synchrodrive of the complete delivery part; while under automatic condition, the machine may itself detect and adjust its own running speed.

3. Label transmission unit: all-gear drives plus H-type four-wheel drive makes the high-speed label transmission more stable and the machine has a longer service life.

4. Cutter head unit: drawer-type design and minisize photo-electricity in, free of manual adjustment of cutter position during disassembly and installation.

5. Belt-bottle unit: the belt-bottle location belts on both side of are driven by machine. When replacing the whole unit of belt-bottle with ones of other specifications, the in-phase adjustments of both height and width of the belt-bottle unit is realized by a hand-wheel so as to get fast and convenient adjustments.

6. Feeding unitFeeding tray with double material-fram makes the replacement of membrane material more convenient and faster, furthermore, membrane material detecting photo-electricity is prepared; where there is no material, the machine may stop automatically and give warning with caution light and prompt in Chinese on touch screen.

7. Bottom set of label brush: a more precision for casting label: the double-face circular arc synchronous belt is coordinated by a motor, thus the glue wheel under brush may run in phase, guaranteeing the stability of labeling.

8. Machine table lifting set: with electric lifting system, the operation may be more convenient and faster.
