Product Characteristics:
The compact line is consist of ultrasonic washing machine,circulating heated air sterilizing oven and liquid filling stoppering machine , each machine can be used alone.
1. washing machine:
1)Adopt mechanical gripper to hold the bottle in different size.
2)Bottle washing is following one by one to insert into and water washing and air spraying is effective and saving water.
3)The circulating washing pipe and fine washing pipe is separated fitted,there is no cross-contamination
4) Adding a buffering block before the spiral screw when access to the washing machine can prevent ampoule broken and the spiral screw.
5) Use export synchronous belt to conncect opener block to transfer bottles,make stable and reliable.
2. sterilizing and drying machine
1) The oven use circulating heated air to heat,which can keep temperature even and energy-saving.
2)The protection function device make the running safe when in sudden of power failure.
3)Water cooling system is optional; it can decrease fresh air supply from the washing room ,and reduce the risk from the wind differential pressure imbalance ,achieve good cooling effect
4)Wind differential pressure auto-balance system is optional ;it can decrease moving in heating section due to the pressure imbalance between room and oven.,and it can avoid series trouble ,such as the temperature increasing in filling room and washing room
3. filling stoppering capping machine
1)The stopper part adopt horizontal stopper feeding ,and horizontal disk stopper inhaling, which is easy to observe and high speed feeding.
2)The ceramic pump ,stainless steel pump , creeping pump is optional.
3)If there no vial ,the machine can automatically stop filling and stoppering.
4) Servo system is for optional for filling (Delta, Mitsubishi, Siemens)
