Uses and Features:
This machine adopts the new and advanced inhaled style technique, and the corrugated roller adopts ringy passing hollow, energy saving and lowing the cost, with good indraft effect, good corrugating molding, and high intensity. The single face cardboard’s surface is glabrous and level. There is no ringy impress mark (often seen by the remains on corrugating cardboard which is produced by external imbibing single machine or leading claw single machine during.
It is easy and convenient to operate.
Corrugated roller is made with 48CrMo alloy steel, φ240-320mm which is treated by mid frequency induction hardening and carbonizing treatment.
Common corrugated roller is made with 45# steel which is treated by mid frequency induction hardening, and the surface is plating hard chrome.
