Summary:

Operational Instructions:

1. Plug in, and open the power supply switch; (the rated voltage of this machine is 220V, the maximum input power up to 1,800 W)
2. Set the operational procedures of temperature and time: (the temperature displayed in this machine is in degree Celsius)

Temperature settings: Press the SET Button and the indicating light of SV window will be on. Press “+”or “-“button to set temperatures. After the completion of setting, press SET and return to the interface;

Time settings: Press ST Button and the indicating light of SV window will be on. Press “+”or “-“button to set time. After the completion of setting, press ST and return to the interface.

Choose automatic or manual operation mode;

Open the power supply switch;

Set the temperature controller apparatus;

Set the time controller apparatus;

If choose the automatic operation, it only needs to slide the air operation of the lower working table, that is, to press down, and when the time is up, it will automatically return.

If choose the manual operation, place articles in position and slide the lower working table to the middle of heating sheet. Start the manual button to perform the air operation that is pressing down, and when the time is up, it will automatically return.

If the position is found to be wrong during the process of stamping, press the “Emergent Stop” button to stop stamping. After modification, clockwise rotate the “Emergent Stop” button, and the machine table will automatically return to work.

Air pressure: if the pressure is not enough or too large, it can adjust the pressure adjustment valve on the gas cylinder. Increase the pressure towards the (+) direction, and decrease the pressure towards the (-) direction (please note whether there is any lubricating oil in the gas cylinder).

Maintenances:

1. Temperature: When the heating sheet of the machine does not heat or not evenly heat after the machine reaches the setting temperature, please check wirings of the temperature controller and the thermoelectric couple. If the thermoelectric couple is broken, the temperature controller will display one 1, and then it should replace the thermoelectric couple;
2. Time: When the switch is up to the “manual operation”, it does not press down after pressing the “manual start” button, then please check the “manual” switch; when the switch is up to the “automatic operation”, it does not press down after the table plate is in the right position, then please check whether the touching point of the touching switch in the rear box is in the correct position; if it is not in the correct position, it should adjust to the appropriate position;
