Screen printing line detail:

We currently produce three major types of printing table:

Flat, Sloping, and ready-made clothes printing table.

Advantage:

2. The table-board of printing table is made of toughened glass, the joints between which can be adjusted to produce a level surface. Thus printing can be done as well at the joints.

Screen Line:

1. Stertching Machine.

This machine is used for stertching the mesh of screen plate.

2. Exposure Machine & Drying Oven

After stretching the mesh then use the frame to cutting the plate

then put on Screen printing exposure glue, then put into Drying oven.

After drying then put the picture with the plate in the exposure machine to expousre.

3. Screen printing table

Put the garment or the printing material on the table, Use the Plate to printing on the screen table.

This screen printing line mainly used for textile and clothing, packing, and so on.

It is easy operate and more cheaper than others.
