MACHINE CAPABILITY CONFIGURATION

Equipment testing:

1.During testing, the testing material is at buyer’s charge when testing in seller’s site.

While testing material is at buyer’s charge after machine arrived in buyer’s site. If material

quality or gluing machine cased the machine do not pass the acceptance checks should be

solved by negotiation of both parties.

2.The matched gluing machine (seller provide the factory) is at buyer’s charge and send to

buyer’s site to test one month before testing. In details should be cooperated both by

manufacturer and glue machine supplier.

3.Inspection depends: According to the product drawing which was agreed by both parties

and national standard and “products presentation quality inspecting requirement” to inspect:

continuous work in one hour in nominal speed (300 pieces/ minute), the products QTY should

be 15300 pieces. Machine opening rate is more than 85~90% and product percent of pass

more than 97%.

4.2. Test in buyer’s site after delivery: according to the equipment (medium size) will

continuous work in two hours in nominal speed (300 pieces/ minute), the products

QTY should be 30600 pieces. Machine opening rate is more than 85~90% and

product percent of pass more than 97%
