SWY1100 rotogravure press is a high-peed rotogravure press designed & manufactured in our company especially for the features of plastic film, and thinner paper. The press has integrated the high-speed printing and high finished rate, adopting standard composition rotogravure printing mode, 1,050mm printing width and 200m/min work speed. It is desired equipment to print thinner material.In design, the features of plastic film and low gram weight thin paper printing are taken into full account. The double working-position rotary non-stop winding & unwinding devices are designed to ensure high effect operation in the whole work course. The driving unwinding mechanism of AC servo controller and the tension system consisted of low friction cylinder and precise pneumatic pressure relive valve can have the press perform stably high-speed printing with extreme low tension. The specially designed lengthened low temperature strong air drier is suitable for printing the easily shrinking material due to heat such as plastic film, etc. The printing plate adopts pneumatic clamping non-shaft plate loading mode so as to shorten the time to change plate.In development &design, we try our best to use new technology and new parts so that the reliability and performance of the press can be greatly increased. The press control core is PLC, double working-position auto unwinding, unwinding traction printing unit, winding traction and double working-position winding mechanism, etc. For its power, the advanced AC vector digital frequency-conversion technology and AC servo control system are adopted. The designed differential mechanism is for printing transmission case. The printing registration is directly carried out by plate differential mechanism to obviously shorten the corresponding length of the whole press. The mechanical transmission case is substituted by servo electric motor so as to easily implement non-shaft transmission. The integration non-shaft transmission mode can be designed based on the demand of customers or add the processing unit to meet other special requirement..........
