Color scraping bar, (also called ink scraping, color spreading bar and string bar spreader and so on), Japan technique making

Ink scraping bar can spread on all kinds of substrate with aqueous printing ink, gravure printing ink, aniline printing ink or others. The made color sample has the function of imitating the printing effect. It is a necessary instrument of color matching, ink testing, printing property and shade of color.

Application:

It is applied for the wet film which the thickness of coating requires, for testing the covering ability, color, luster or making sample plate of test samples.

Usage:

1. Put sample plate in platform, fix it, it can not move when ink scraping bar slip over.

2. According to the necessary thickness of wet film to choose scraping bar, and put it on the prescriptive position.

3. And than pour appropriate sample in front of bar, hold shank slide at the constant speed of 150mm, the coating turn to wet film which is in your need.

4. After usage, you should clear with solvent, dry up at last.
