The Production Line of Hologram Image Transferring Model of UVY
This is the first development for hologram printing machine in China. (This the production line of hologram image transferring machine has been granted national patent. Its patent number is ZL200420071245.5.) This machine is being widely used at home and aboard. Furthermore ,we have developed a variety of customer-made options of this machine to accommodate customer's requirement.
This unit is mainly used for high-grade anti-counterfeiting prints. Thus, the images of the hologram film can be transferred properly on the printed surface. Its comparable to the hologram film lamination and a significant cost saving. The final result represents its attractiveness and value added features.
1. The ultra violet dryer used for this machine is a special feature regarding the energy saving. Consequently, the film can be multiple applications without damaging the film.
2. There is no plastic film laminated on the substrate. It can be easily recycled and is biodegradable.
3. It is for counterfeit prevention.
4. Once the hologram images is transferred to the printed substrate, its attractive metallic brilliancy indeed enhance of the beauty of the printings, also its hard to copy.
