2 The ink proofing instrument is designed for quick and highly accurate proofing and color-matching of all type of litho, offset and letterpress inks and varnishes, therefore the instrument is an essential tool for both ink makers and printers, providing the simplest method of producing high quality proofs. Four ink inks may be proofed simultaneously for comparison purposes. The unique feature of the instrument is automatic operation, accurate prints produced in a single operation. To complete inking, proofing and cleaning cycle takes only two to three minutes. It allows the printer to proof spot colors quickly and accurately off-press prior to a production run, saving valuable time and money. And the instrument is an essential tool for reducing press downtime.
