Production process:
1) Customer offer design/artwork & rough sizes of label or dimensions of bottles/containers.
2) Texin offer pricing/quotation with cylinder charge(plate setup cost)
3) After confirm the price, customer have to send bottles/containers to Texin for size double check.
4) Texin run the test with bottle samples & confirm the shrink label size with customer.
5) Pre-press job & cylinder making.
6) Shrink labels Printing.
7) Sleeving the labels, cutting into pieces.
8) Inspection & packing
1.Quality guarantee: Our company clerk will check the products one by one
before we sent it out, and we can change other the same items if there have
problem of the products. But mostly, this case won't happen. So please rest
