1. PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Thermoformable blister film for packaging and sterilising of medical and surgical items. Suitable for most types of packaging machines. Sealable with standardised, coated or uncoated, medical grade papers manufactured for the same purpose.

2. MATERIALS

Coextruded polypropylene/polyethylene film. Materials contain no toxic agents and have been permitted for use in medical instruments packages.

3. GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS

Forming temperature: 95-115oC

Sealing temperature: 135-150oC

Heat resistance: ~95oC

Coefficient of friction (ASTM D1894): ~0.2

Colour: Transparent

Core: 76 mm -0/+2

5. PACKAGING

Every single roll is wrapped in the polyethylene wrap. Rolls are loaded on 110*110 cm pallets and the pallet is wrapped in the stretch film.
