1. High Speed

The machine adopts the Epson 5^thgeneration of high-speed print head. It c ontains 180/rowx8 line nozzles, totally 1440 nozzles, which is fourth times of the past numbers of nozzles. The maximum speed of the machine reaches up to 14.2m2/ h.

2. High Quality

a) The machine adopts the advanced droplet controllable technology. The minimum ink droplet is 3.5pl, and the maximum ink droplet can reach 12pl. The machine owns many kinds of ink droplet which can perfectly perform the printing quality of VSDT technology.

b) The machine adopts standard printing platform. So the error of its flatness is inside ±0.1mm which makes the print resolution higher.

3. Low Cost

a) The cold way of ink out of the piezoelectric print head has determined the low cost of print head during printing. The cost of print head is almost zero during printing.
