1- Customer offer design/artwork & rough sizes of label or dimensions of bottles/containers.
2- HINGTAI offer pricing/quotation with cylinder charge (plate setup cost)
3- After confirm the price, customer have to send bottles/containers to HINGTAI for size double check.
4-HINGTAI run the test with bottle samples & confirm the shrink label size with customer.
5-Pre-press job & cylinder making
6-Sample: 1 week upon the artwork confirmation
7-Mass production: 4-7days upon order confirmation
8-Inspectino&packing: inspect and pack in bundle then wrapped by plastic bag before packing and then put into suitable transport-worthy carton box
9-Pack label better in store below 25 degree, protected from sun, rain and dust.
10-Delivery way: Express for small qty of order and sea shipping for big qty orders
11-Payment term: Cylinder&sample deposit before making cylinder and sample. Order amount: 30% deposit and balance 70% to be paid before shipment
