A.Simple Introduction:

This machine is suitable for ordering the disordered plastic bottles automatically. The

disordered bottles are entered into bottle storage section of bottle unscrambler by the lifting conveyor.Senqeuncely, the disordered bottles are droped into bottle grooves for locating their position by the pushing force from rotary disk, and the disordered bottles will be ordered into bottles upward and upright under the help of bottle turnover device and air flow. the ordered bottles will be out and entered into next step.

B.Feature:

1). Speed reducer of main machine adopts torsion limited mechanism to avoid damage when be in breakdown

2). Adopts press and arrange mechanism to assure that each falling position has bottle and improve bottle outputting efficiency.

3). Adopt holding neck of bottle to transportation by air, avoiding bottle overturn in transit.Sets pickup mechanism to take away broken bottle.

4). Sets bottle blocking inspector to stop machine and give alarm.

5). Sets no bottle inspector to give signal to lifting machine to add new bottles.

6). Sets photoelectric switch to control un-scrambler starting up and being close.

7). Having oil injection nozzle, it is easy to add lubrication oil into gear, bear and convex cam.

8). Sets doors for repair and mould change.

9). Main electric component including transducer, PLC, photoelectric switch and control relay are these brands such as MITSUBISHI,OMRON,SIEMENS.

10). Pneumatic system adopts imported products.
