Full Automatic Bagged Water Machine:
This machine is an indispensable dedicated equipment of bagged water production line. It is mainly composed of frame, mechanic drive system, film feeding system, traction mechanism, film cleaning and sterilization device, ultraviolet radiation device, heat sealing and cutting device, and canning device. It is made of stainless steel which accords with food production requirements. Each working process is finished accurately by PLC control center of Panasonic by using touch screen with computerized program as per the design requirement. The whole machine is equipped with automatic rectifying device for film deviation, film length counting adjustment device, multiple channel sterilization process, mechanic drive, and hence no pump required. It is featured by low noise. With imported electric appliances, it features high canning precision, sanitary and firm sealing, and simple and reliable operation, and hence an optimal equipment for bagged water production.
