In order to meet the changes in the market and reduce the cost of the downstream customers, we introduce a one-stop service: selling 6oz, 6.5oz, 7oz, 8oz, 9oz, 11oz, 12oz, 14oz, 16oz, 1-4 color flexographic printed paper cup and paper bowl strip.

Our factory owns flexo printing machine which can print 4 colors continuously and the continuous die-cutting machine. Because our equipment is advanced, we can produce the cup fan for customers and the attrition rate is 8% which is much less than the attrition 13% when customers produce by themselves. In this way, around 50 ton paper can be saved when one ton cup fan is produced. Further more, our printing and cutting cost is USD118/t. when customers produce, this cost will be higher.

Once more than 25tons cup fan is produced, the model fee will be free. For the order less than 25tons at a time but can be up to 25tons during the following order, the model fee will also be free, however, the USD353 model free has to be charged first as deposit, and will be refund back when the total quantity is up to 25tons.
