After ensuring the quality of your product packaging and baling, Tecnotok creates the solution that was missing: the Tecnotok Palletizer. Developed with Tecnotok’s technology, easy to operate and cost-effective, the Tecnotok Palletizer completes the automation of the sequence of your packaging and baling line, with agility, quality and no strain. The installation layout was created to occupy the least space as is possible and with easy exchange formats in its basic version, the Palletizer feeds the empty pallets whereas the full pallets are removed by fork lifts. The robotic palletizer, as opposed to manual palletizing, continuously do its function 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, moreover presenting high standardisation, making pallets with accuracy from start to finish. Replacing the manual palletizing proccess, the robotic palletizer saves many operator costs and, mainly, eliminates ergonomic problems.
