The Palletizing System is used in the industries of Building materials,petrol,chemical, Fertilizer, food processing, and transportation port etc. It can perform bagging and palletizing automatically for powder and granular materials such as chemical fertilizer, plastic granules (PP/PE/PVC) and grains etc. It is easy for customers to store, transport and sale their products.

4. Flattening conveyor It is used to flatten and guide filled bag, and makes stacking compact and in order. (check the picture 7&8) When following equipments (turning conveyor, patterning conveyor etc.) are busy, it can pause bag in order to provide time for busy equipments.It can also play a part in storing filled bag.
5.Turning conveyor It was consists of turning device and conveying device. It is used to turn bags 90°, 180° or 270°, depending on the desired pattern so that the bag mouth will face in when palletized.
6. Vertical Orientation Vs Horizontal Orientation
When bag vertical orientation is required, the bag is conveyed into position above the turning conveyor, and the turning device moves vertically to lift the bag from below, supporting the entire weight of the bag. After turning bag 90°, 180° or 270°, the turning device retracts below the roller conveying device so that the turned bag will be transported to next working position.
When bag horizontal orientation is required, the bag is conveyed into position above the turning conveyor, and turning device is rotated 90° from horizontal plane to vertical plane to hold and then turns the bag 90°, 180°or 270°. After that the turning device is rotated to its initial position so that the turned bag will be transported above the belt conveying device to next working position. This turning device moves steadily, fast and is less noise

7.Patterning Conveyor(picture 11,picture 12)

8.Positive load transfer
The transfer table has a roller stripper plate which reduces friction, allowing bag transfer without squeezing or shifting the contents which can deform the bag. The edge of the transfer table is stainless steel in a tapered design to allow bags to glide smoothly from table
9.Pressing Device
It is used to push bags which are patterned in groups onto buffer plate or layer plate where a layer of bags will be arranged. After forming a layer of bags, the pressing device presses the bags in order to make the stacking compact and trim.

10.Layer former
It is used to reshape a layer of bags and put them onto pallet which is lifted by a lifter. Three types are optional, air-float layer former, belt (roller) layer former and sliding-plate layer former.
