2.Work condition:

1. Closed and clean workplace

2. Workplace temperature:15-25°C

3. Relative humidity :≤ 60%

3.Equipment installation:

1. Open case: The user should firstly check whether the outside package intact after receiving the goods. It can be opened from the top of the case after confirmation

2. Installation:

a. The sticker/label narrow embossing machine should be moved to workplace reliably after uncrating and the machine must be placed smoothly.

b. Please remove the out-package of each roller and wipe clean after position.

c. Air connection: Select the air compressor’ windpipe whose minimum starting pressure not less than 0.35 Mpa to connect with the machine’s workplace. Then should be inserted into the air connector which at the side of the bottom and the air pressure should be “OMP”.

d. Circuit connection: The workplace should be equiped with rated voltage 220V±10% ,50HZ,25A capacitance of AC power supply and switch for power switching.

e. Close all electrical switches of the machine. Then you can prepared to try to start

when all the above process is accurately completed.

4.Notice:

The machine must be kept clean and the rollers should be wiped clean with a soft cloth without any stain. Scratches or collision should be avoided when wiping. Before working, you’d better check the film in order to avoid aluminum slag and etc resulting in the local ultra-high point pressure to damage the rollers.

The rollers are the key component of the machine with high price and difficult load and unload, so we remind you again to avoid collision or damage, otherwise it will seriously affect embossed effect. So you must do all the clean work including the screws which on the plate clip and etc.
