Basic Compositions
1) This machine is composed of degassing system, mixing system, pre-carbonation system, cooling system and carbonation system.
2) Degassing system: The system is mainly composed of vacuum pump and relevant pipes and valves. The system uses vacuum pump to vacuummize degassing tank. At high vacuum condition, use oxygen method to remove gas in the water.
3) Mixing system: Degassed water mixes with syrup in exact proportion at pressure gap of CO2.
4) Pre-carbonation system: CO2is dosing into beverage through CO2measure apparatus.
5) Cooling system: This system is mainly used for cooling mixed beverage to set temperature.
6) Carbonation system: Make the beverage achieve anticipated CO2content.

The machine is composed of heat-resistant parts, which can be disinfected with hot water and other chemical liquid. It can be cleaned and disinfected automatically by use of CIP system.
6) Easy operation and reliable run
The machine adopts PLC control, easy and convenient to operate. While abnormal situation happens, the system will give an alarm and stop the machine automatically to avoid producing bad product.
