Usage and Feature:
The machine is applied to laminating various roll materials, such as plastic film, paper, and aluminum foil, etc, in two-layer or multi-layer manner.
This machine is the upgraded model of laminating machine GF-B our company produces. Structure of mechanical component is exactly the same with that of GF-B; advanced electrical appliance, such as dual-frequency converter and automatic tension controller, etc, controlling circuit by automation.
1. First unwinder, second unwinder and rewinder all adopt air-expansion shaft.
2. First unwinder is equipped with photoelectric correction device.
3. The film tension of first unwinder and second unwinder is controlled by automatic tension controller.
4. Glue spreading by mesh roller; scraper imported from Switzerland; the scraper will oscillate when glue spreading.
5. Dual-frequency conversion adjusting speed technology; the machine is equipped with two Panasonic frequency converters, seperately controlling main motor and glue spreading motor.
6. The entrance of oven is equipped with low friction pneumatic fluctuating roller to make film tension in the oven fully automatic controlled.
7. The inner of laminating hot-roller is heated by heat-conducting oil, uniform temperature and energy saving.
8. Glue spreading pressure roller and laminating pressure roller adopt pneumatic press-adding machanism, whose pressure can be regulated.
9. The total length of oven is 7.5m. The inner guiding rollers are shaped in arch, driven by chain initiatively.
10. The oven is heated by electricity; it is devided into three sections of independent temperature control; the temperature in every section can be regulated independently.
