Medium Speed Paper Laminating Machine (GF-B1)
Application and Features:
The laminating machine is applied to laminating various roll materials, such as plastic film, PE( 25-150um),paper(30-150um), and aluminum foil(7-3um), etc, in two-layer or multi-layer manner.
This dry laminating machine is the upgraded model of laminating machine GF-B our company produces. Structure of mechanical component is exactly the same with that of GF-B; advanced electrical appliance, such as dual-frequency converter and automatic tension controller, etc, controlling circuit by automation.
1. Air-expansion shaft: for first unwinder, second unwinder and rewinder.
2. Photoelectric correction device: for first unwinder.
3. Auto tension controller: control the tension of first unwinder, second unwinder and
rewinder.
4. Mesh roller: for glue spreading;
Scraper from Switzerland: to oscillate when glue spreading.
5. Dual-frequency conversion adjusting speed technology;
Two Panasonic frequency converters:
one to control main motor and the other to control glue spreading motor.
6. Low friction pneumatic oscillating arm device at the entrance of oven: fully auto control the film tension in the oven
