LYR series Inclined Screw Preheater of paper machine

I. Overview

The inclined screw preheater is the support equipment for high consistency hydrogen peroxide bleaching system and used for the preheating and feeding of high consistency pulp. The high consistency pulp after concentration enters the preheater through the pulp inlet and discharges to the pulp outlet under the function of screw blades; meanwhile the pulp is pre-heated by the steam. When the pulp reaches the temperature required for bleaching, it will fall into the high consistency mixer from the pulp outlet. The special design flight of the preheater can effectively loosen and beat the pulp while pushing it to allow uniform heating of pulp and enhance the pulp bleaching quality.

III. Structure Description

The inclined screw preheater mainly consists of drum, screw axle, bracket, bearing seat and driving device etc.

As the main body of preheater, the drum is inclined after installation. The drum is welded with pulp inlet and outlet pipes, saddle and steam inlet and the Z ends are provided with mounting flange. The drum is welded by stainless steel coil.
The screw axle adopts special and discontinuous cracking helical structure to loosen and mix the pulp while feeding the pulp so as to achieve uniform pulp preheating and ensure pulp bleaching quality.
The bracket is divided into front bracket and rear bracket and supports the entire equipment. It is welded through steel shapes and the structure formation and height can be adjusted according to the process lay out.
The bearing seat is mounted to the both ends of drum and the bearings are double row centripetal spherical roller bearing and applied with grease.
The driving device consists of reduction motor and double row roller chain. The reduction motor drives the screw axle to rotate through the roller chain. This device is compact in structure and easy to maintain.
