This production line is suitable for filling low viscosity grainless liquid , and the filling volume can be adjusted in a big scope .It also can select the type of stretching in to fill, and does not have the air bubble appearing easily .It can not splash out when filling .Also equip the indicative of lack material .This line is control by the microcomputer (PLC),it is convenient ,reliable, easy to operate .The location is controlled by the Japanese optical infrared ray sensor ,and pledge the accurate location ;adopts the imported magnetic gear pump to fill .No error in the filling precision. The exposed parts of the frame work use 304 stainless steel that resist to corrosion and meet GMP standard requirements. It is used widely in the field of food ,medicine, cosmetic and so on .
