Lipstick filling machine

The machine is used for filling lipstick. it is featured with oil(glycerin) heating. Paddle stirring, vacuum bubble eliminator, pneumatic filling valve.

Working process:

The lipstick material in pot are heated at fist to a certain temperature, then mixed and stirred and bubble-free in vacuum, and finally filled into module. Bubble eliminating: string at high speed by paddle in vacuum(stepless speed regulation)

Temp. Adjustment:

The pot and filling tube are covered with sheath in which warm water circulates to keep an appropriate temperature. The temperature can be set by operator and automatically controlled.
