KY189 Blanket wash is for Cleaning the Blanket
KY189 is environmentally-friendly and water-soluble cleaning agent used specially for cleaning the blanket.
It is fast drying and has strong cleaning power. No aromatic compounds, PBB, PBDE and
corrosive ingredients and without damages to the blanket and press.
Directions:
1. Manual cleaning: concentrate/water: 1:2
2. Press with automatic cleaning system: put the concentrate directly into the washing reservoir.
Adjust the washing process according to the instruction manual of the press
in order to achieve the best washing effect.
Cautions:
1. Unsuitable for the commercial web offset presses with the oven.
2. Please shake the solution well while adding water.
Should separation occur, shake it again before use.
This product is flammable liquid before dilution, so please stay away from fire for storage.
3. Before use, please shake thoroughly until various constituents mixed into the white emulsion.
