Large volume filling general line

This line is composed of bottle feeding machine, ultrasonic washing machine, filling and stoppering machine and capping machine.

This line is applied to 30-500ml infusion filling and sealing. Only changing some format parts the machine could be applied for plastic or glass bottle. The line features of universality, and easy changing format, etc. the yield capacity of the whole line : according to the bottle size and shape, liquid viscosity .

1. Cylinder type washing machine

Usage and introduction
Applied for all kinds of materials or irregular bottles from 30ml to 500ml, which have bolder, the machine can wash the bottle inside and outside .Adopt two times water rinse and one time air blow (purified water-WFI-sterile compressed air) and make bottle comply with requirement and dry.

Remark: the ultrasonic device is optional according to customer requirement, and this machine can be changed into air washing machine.

2 Filling and stoppering machine

Usage and introduction
The machine is applied filling and stoppering glasses bottle, plastic bottle form 30ml to 500ml.
Linear type filling, accurate filling volume. Mechanic way to stoppering features of steady function. Easy maintaining, and can be connect to other machine into compact producing line.
Remark: the nitrogen filling and Protection cover is optional according to customer requirement.

3 Capping/ Screw-capping machine

Usage and introduction
Applied to different kind, different type of cap.
Adopt identity torsion capping head, the capping device could not hurt the cap. Use 3-roller type capping knife, it is easy to regulate the pressure.
Remark: applied for metal cap, screw type cap, ROPP cap, pressing cap, and etc.
