Technical details

Main Construct

Bowl / Cup loading:

Three gripper separation technology by pneumatic driver with PLC controllers

for cup loading. The technical have two processes

of separating and clamping that will be better for sealing and appearance .

Lid division:

Pneumatic driver with vacuum sucker to separate one from the

all the loading lids to avoid any lids suck together .the process is separating

and blowing.

Lid loading:

Such on vacuum, the sucker head controller by itself that apply to

mechanical linkage for move up, down and rotary. It will be running by

cam mechanism driver through PLC controller.

Part sealing:

It will be finished by cam mechanism driver through PLC controller.

Warning for no lid:

Photoelectric system can assure not seal if have no lid on cup,

that avoid waste.

Sealing:

Sealing system will be moved up and down through mechanism and

cylinder, have device to controller temperature, cylinder will be control

by each one, above of all can assure no cup no sealing .the pressing can be

control through cylinder .so that easy for test the pressing of sealing head

through cylinder , the temperature can be controller also.

Bowl discharging:

The bowl will be lift and roll out .

Main Configuration

Four or six of each row that material apply to aluminum alloy.

It should be weight reduction , made running stability and extend use.

whole frame The material welding by No.10 steel and deal with rust prevention. All of them are covered by stainless steel board of δ=1.2mm.
