DESCRIPTION
This unit is designed for the filling of different shapes of ice creams such as decorative toppings and spiral toppings with single color and two colors. It may top ice cream with chocolate and fruit purees. It has the functions of automatically dispersing containers, automatic capping and uncapping (thermal sealing may be optional), and products ejection. The following functions and devices may be added according to your needs such as the follows, the second filling (up-down coloration) and drizzling kernels. Containers are widely applicable for this unit such as cones (comets) or round cups, square cups and other shape cups made of paper and plastics.
The filling speed of the unit and the rotation speed of the filling spout are controlled with the converters. It rotates smoothly and goes in place accurately when the filling plate is doing the intermittent rotary movement driven by cambered high precision flow regulation crank. There is installed an air tank in the unit. The pneumatic part is controlled with a proximity switch, which makes the moving devices more reliable and more accurate.
