High Speed Laminating Machine/Dry laminator GF-D

Usage and Feature:

The machine is applied to laminating various roll materials, such as plastic film, paper, and aluminum foil, etc, in two-layer or multi-layer manner.

This machine adopts Siemens PLC control system, Japanese YASKAWA frequency converter, tension closed-loop control system, roller stable system, programmable control and man-machine interface, which reach an international advanced level.

1. The machine adopts Siemens PLC control system to realise the production process fully automatic controlling.

2. Seven frequency convertion control system; Japanese YASKAWA frequency converter.

3. Man-machine interface displays and controls machine’s working state, speed, tension and other parameters.

4. First unwinder, second unwinder and rewinder all adopt air-expansion shaft.

5. First unwinder is equipped with photoelectric correction device.

6. The film tension of first unwinder, second unwinder, the rewinder and the oven is fully auto closed-loop controlled. Tension is automatically tested and displayed when the machine is working.

7. Glue spreading by mesh roller; scraper imported from Switzerland; the scraper will oscillate when glue spreading.

8. The inner of laminating hot-roller is heated by heat-conducting oil, uniform temperature and energy saving.

9. Glue spreading pressure roller and laminating pressure roller adopt pneumatic press-adding machanism, whose pressure can be regulated.

10. Pneumatic open-type oven; the total length of oven is 8m; the inner guiding rollers are shaped in arch, driven by synchronous belt initiatively; there are walkway and guard rail at the side of the oven.

11. The oven is devided into four sections of independent temperature controll; external electric heating system; the temperature in every section can be regulated independently.

12. The inner of the oven is stainless steel and hot air circulation structured, which can save much energy.

13. The air exhausting equipment in the entrance of the oven discharges high concentration gas which volatilizes in the beginning.

14. The exit of the oven is equipped with imported photoeletric and hydraulic correcting system.

15. All the aluminum guiding rollers are highly hardened and dynamic balance processing.
