High Speed Dry Laminating Machine/Laminator (GF-K)

Application and Features:

The laminating machine is applied to laminating various roll materials, such as plastic film, PE( 25-150um),paper(30-150um), and aluminum foil(7-3um), etc, in two-layer or multi-layer manner.

This laminating machine adopts photoelectric correcting system, imported photoeletric and hydraulic correcting system, automatic tension control system, pneumatic open-type oven and oven’s hot air circulatory system, with the characteristic of simple operation, low noise, low energy consumption, high speed and little air pollution, etc.

1. Air-expansion shaft: for first unwinder, second unwinder and rewinder.

2. Photoelectric correction device: for first unwinder.

3. Auto tension controller: for the film on first unwinder,second unwinder and rewinder.

4. Mesh roller: for glue spreading;

Scraper from Switzerland: to oscillate when glue spreading.

5. Dual-frequency conversion adjusting speed technology;

Two Panasonic frequency converters:

one to control main motor and the other to control glue spreading motor.

6. Low friction pneumatic oscillating arm device at the entrance of oven: fully auto control the film tension in the oven.

7.The inner of laminating hot-roller: heated by heat-conducting oil with even temperature and energy saving.

8. Pneumatic pressure machanism: for glue spreading pressing roller and laminating pressing roller, whose pressure can be regulated.

9. Pneumatic open-type oven:the total length of oven is 8 m;

The inner guiding rollers shaped in arch: driven by chain initiatively;

Walkway and guard rail: at the side of the oven.

10. The oven devided into four sections of independent temperature control:the temperature in every section can be regulated independently;

External electric heating system.

11. Stainless steel: for the inner of the oven

Hot air circulation structured in the oven: can save much energy

12. The air exhausting equipment in the entrance of the oven: discharges high concentration gas which volatilizes in the beginning.

13.Imported photoeletric and hydraulic correcting system: at the exit of the oven.

14.Highly hardened and dynamic balance processing:

for all the aluminum guiding rollers
