Application and Features:
The laminating machine is applied to laminating various roll materials, such as plastic film, PE( 25-150um),paper(30-150um), and aluminum foil(7-3um), etc, in two-layer or multi-layer manner.
This laminating machine adopts photoelectric correcting system, imported photoeletric and hydraulic correcting system, automatic tension control system, pneumatic open-type oven and oven’s hot air circulatory system, with the characteristic of simple operation, low noise, low energy consumption, high speed and little air pollution, etc.
1. Air-expansion shaft: for first unwinder, second unwinder and rewinder.
2. Photoelectric correction device: for first unwinder.
3. Auto tension controller: for the film on first unwinder,second unwinder and rewinder.
4. Mesh roller: for glue spreading;
Scraper from Switzerland: to oscillate when glue spreading.
