Usage:
Electromagnetic induction aluminu m foil gasket is applied to sealing containers of different materials like PE, PET, PS, APS, PP and glass bottle, etc. It is widely used in packaging of cosmetics, medicine, food, alcohol, pesticide, engine oil bottle and chemicals, etc. It has the functions of anti-leakage, guarding against theft, anti-fake, anti-deteriorate and prolonging guarantee period.
Feature:
1. First unwinder, second unwinder and rewinder all adopt air-expansion shaft.
2. First unwinder is equipped with photoelectric correction device.
3. The tension of first unwinder, second unwinder and rewinder is respectively controlled by its own magnetic powder clutch.
4. Waxing by mesh roller; scraper imported from Switzerland; the scraper will oscillate when waxing.
5. Two layers of stainless steel wax plate, is heated by heat-conducting oil; the temperature can be regulated.
6. Main motor adopts frequency conversion adjusting speed, Panasonic frequency converter.
7. The inner of laminating hot-roller is heated by heat-conducting oil, uniform temperature and energy saving.
8. Glue spreading pressure roller and laminating pressure roller adopt pneumatic press-adding machanism, whose pressure can be regulated.
