Product Introduction

PIPS-II Packaging Inkjet System is developed on the basis of HP TIJ2.5 Technology; it is a totally new side-spray industrial printing system with high resolution and high printing speed; It can output high-quality and high-resolution variable data of text and numeric when integrated with various packaging and printing platforms. A new function of wireless transmission between printing controller and printer has been added.

Components:

1) Touch-Screen Printing Controller; Each controller could control 254 PIPS-II units

2) PIPS-II packaging inkjet printer(qty. optional);

3) Photoelectric Sensor;

4) Encoder (Optional).

Highlights:

1) Incorporate HP Thermal Inkjet Technology; Each PIPS unit could control 1 ~ 2 printheads; Each printhead is 0.5 inch(12.7mm) wide.

2) Seamless joint between two printheads.

3) Wireless transmission between touch-screen printing controller and printer, no need storage media, which improves work efficiency greatly.

4) Concurrent control of the printing process; one printing controller can control many printers working simultaneously with different printing content and speed.

5) Support water-based ink, invisible ink, fluorescent ink and many kinds of HP certified inks.

6) Print high-definition bitmap fonts with printing resolution as high as 600 * 600 DPI. Printing effect is clear and elegant.

7) Output variable data of text and numeric; Printing speed as fast as 304 m/min (300 * 150 DPI).

8) Diverse substrates including various kinds of porous packaging material, copperplate paper and offset paper etc.

9) High system integration, less components, easy installation and no maintenance.

Printing Applications

PIPS-II Packaging Inkjet Printing System is mainly used for packaging to print production date, staff numbers, product labels etc. Main customers are production factories. Specific applications are as below:

1) Food Industry (such as outer paper packaging of mineral water bottle, outer carton packaging of drink and wine bottles, cookies and packed food etc.).

2) Building Materials Industry (Print on various density board, joinery board, solid board, asbestos board, wood floor, etc.).
