About Samples

In order to facilitate the customers to confirm the samples, we can offer samples free of charge, but the customer shall bear the postage, our common practice is the customer provide us their international express account (such as DHL, FedEx, TNT, UPS, etc.), if they have not, the customers should pay us the money via bank transfer or western union, thus we pay the postage for them.

Packaging

1) Inner packing: 1 KG / roll;

2) Outer packing: woven bags.

Any other customer's personalized packaging requirements also can be fulfilled.

Shipment

Payment Terms

1) Methods of payment: T/T, Western Union, L/C at sight;

2) 30% deposit before production, 70% amount must be paid before shipment;

3) For payment, the extra charge should be paid at the buyer’s side;

4) Any customs duties and certificate fee shall be borne by the buyers.

After-sales Service

1) We will strictly control their quantity & quality of the goods before shipment;

2) Once receive the goods, please check the goods carefully to find whether there is any loss or damage;

3) If find that the quantity is not correct or some of the goods have quality defects, the customer shall notify us immediately and take pictures to keep a record, then notify the local official quality inspection department, ask them to make an official written proof for you. The photos and certificate must be real, reliable, once we found there has any false, all the consequences and losses will be bear by the customers.

4) After the investigation if it shows that the lack in quantity or quality problems is our fault we have an obligation to make compensation, if it is caused by transit, we will assist the customers turn to the insurance company to claim for compensation.
