Fully Automatic High Speed Water Based Printing Slotting(Die Cutting) Machine

The whole machine introduction

1. Touch screen and electric control dual system operation.
2. Select high-quality materials and all accessories, all the shafts, rollers are chrome-plated.
3. Transmission gear: High-quality alloy steel (40Cr) grinding production of heat-treatment.
4. Host, phase inverter control.
5. No wear and tear for long-term of free-bond connecting ring and cross wheel drive structure.
6. Spray-type circulating lubrication oil supply system to increase the service life of gears.
7. Pneumatic lock tight, electric division and separate automatic braking can ensure the printing location is not misplaced.

Paper feeding part:

1. Side and tailgate baffle positions are with electric adjustment.
2. Upward paper-feeding roller parcel has rubber with grooves; the lower paper-feeding roller is chrome-plated after surface knurling. Buffer device equipped with cylinder.
3. Skip feeding function (continuous or skip feeding can be chosen).

Large carton can be produced.

1. Production amount setting equipment makes no manual counting.
2. Can install by need use sun feeder for feed the cardboard.

Printing Part

1. High precision mash roller, long life service, printing effect is good.
2. High specific grinding of rubber roller, excellent performance of ink-feeding.
3. Mash roller match with paper feeding system, pneumatic automatic lifting device.
4. Hanging version, foot switch operation linked version.
5. Planetary gear phase adjustment organ, inverter control, CNC set.
6. Electromagnetic brake body can keep the position of original gear.
7. Horizontal position electric adjustment with computer display, adjustment range is ±10mm.

Slotting Part:

1. Common order storage, fast and efficient.
2. Slotting knife: high-quality alloy steel, knife-edge sharp, high degree of wear.
3. Slotting phase and box height, planetary gear phase adjustment organ, inverter controlling, CNC set.
4. Knife holder traverse or box height adjustment are equipped with anti-collision device to ensure safety.
5. Pre-loading and the lateral displacement of pressure line can be adjusted according to the slotting knife holder.
6. Middle knife lateral displacement frame, wide adaptability for production.
