Fully Automatic Cardboard Machine - LXC-380S

Corrugated Cardboard Machine for 2,3, 4,5, 7 layers;

Corrugated machine and Flexos make a complete, industrial chain from corrugating to printing to forming of boxes,
Rolls of kraft paper in mill roll stands (of both medium, & Liners) are fed into the corrugator and run through preheating, corrugating (of A-C-B-E flute of single facer), gluing, steam-heating, press-cooling, cross cutting, slitter-scorer trimming the cardboard into large sheets called box blanks and finally slide into automatic stacker that loads them onto a large, rolling platform. From here, box blanks, the finished products, will be transported to the other machines that will convert them into finished containers / boxes. We have 3, 5, 7 layers production lines at both high and medium speed for your option. Width from 1400mm to 2500mm. Speed from 80m/min to 250 m/min, carton machine.

- Fingerless vacuum suction.
- Max machine speed: 200m/min, 220m/min (For model: LXC-380S)
- Corrugated roll diameter: 320MM, 360MM, 380MM (For model: LXC-380S)
- Idle running motor for glue applicator roll to avoid glue dry.
- Flute profiles: A,B,C,E etc. available discretionarily cardboard making .

- Glue applicator device can be electric ship out, easy for maintenance.
1400mm to 2500mmis optional.
- Top & Bottom corrugated rolls are unit assemblage, quick replacement.
- With frequency converter to make stepless speed regulation.
- Open-close of corrugated roll, pressure roll & glue applicator device are pneumatic.
- High precision digital read out for the gap between glue roll and doctor roll, gap is electric adjusted, PLC auto adjusting is optional.
- Glue width motorized dividing to match the paper width.
- Independent gear box, gimbal axis, oil immersed type lubricating to reduce noise, keep running stable.

- With pre-heater for steam spray device for medium paper.
