1 Once crushing system (smash the unsettled wood pulp) smashing output: 500-550kg/h
2 High accuracy SAP scattering device .it's adjusted as well as stable in running

3 Cotton core sheet-gear forming
4 Waist elastic, solid side leakage-avoiding elastic ribbon, front waist tape
5 Conduction layer short-cutting devices, first-step cutter, are cutter. Last-step
cutter adopt wing type piece compressive imported from Germany.
6 Main raw material use axle core scroll-opening, tension control and it can automatically relay materials.
7 The integral machine is controlled by PLC fully-automatically. 8 the operating
desktop adopt active touch-screen.
8 Phase adjustment without shut-down, production fold can be adjusted optionally.
9 The integral machine is controlled by frequency regulator. Difference-box adopts
astral-gear type, synchronous belt, flat transition belt. Bearing and pneumatic
component use imported parts.
10 Front waist tape may use model material or scratch glue on the machine. Waist
elastic is film type.
