The production capacity is 21000-24000BPH(500ml) for PET bottles. It is controlled by PLC, MMI and frequency conversion, and equipped with filling temperature control system. Low vacuum filling type meets the technical requirement of various kinds of juice and tea drink.
WORKING PROCESS
All the rinser, filler, screw capper and transmission of star wheel adopt adjustable magnetic overload protection device, which makes the equipment work safely. It has reasonable and compact bottle-conveying system. The bottles are conveyed by holding the bottle neck throughout the rinsing, filling and capping processes that realize great adaptability to bottle deformation caused by hot-filling at high temperature, which makes the conventional bottle-driving method unable to meet the actual demand. The bottle-conveying by holding the bottle neck affectively gets rid of the influence caused by the bottle distortion, making the production to go on more smoothly and realizing the versatility for different filling requirements.
Empty-bottle washing
All material meet the requirements of food hygiene. Spraying inside and outside of bottles, adopted imported cone spray nozzle, spraying angle is 15 degree, equipped down gathering water tray and above water tray in washing bottle area, equipped stainless steel shield in washing bottle area, preventing washed water spilling. Bracket of bottle-holding gripper and turning section adopted stainless steel 304, wear well.
Micro negative and low vacuum filling
During the high-speed, high-temperature filling, traditional filling has some disadvantages, such as bad circle air, having pressure in the bottles during filling and the level isn’t equality. Adopting the micro negative and low vacuum filling settles all the disadvantages of traditional filling and reduces the resistance of circumfluence and improves the filling speed of filling valves. The rating circumfluence is ≤10% online during producing.
High-speed and precise filling valves
We design the filling valves on basis of foreign advanced technique for adapting high-speed hot filling. It can ensure the valves open and close flexibly because of using USA LGUS guide sheath. Adopting easy-fixed configuration, the valve is easy to cleaning promptly and has automatic cleaning function.
Safe, clean and reliable capping
After introducing advanced capping technologies of magnetic force clutch from abroad, the high-speed capping and product safety are well accomplished by accurate and reliable torque adjustment. The screw at the bottle neck is thoroughly washed before being capped to eliminate the remained liquid that would spoil and create mildew during stock. Caps handler is located on the top of capper and there is a venting device of inverse caps in the outlet of caps handler. Handling and conveying caps are controlled automatically, no bottle no cap and it will stop when no caps.
