Flexitank accessories - BBL-24

A flexitank (or called flexibag) is a soft,tough,light,polyethylene(PE) and polypropylene(PP) bladder with a volume of 10,000 to 24,000 liters for the transportation of bulk non-hazardous liquid cargoes within a standard 20-foot ISO dry-box container.It is generally used one time.This makes flexitanks a cost-effective transportation solution for non-hazardous liquids,including certain chemicals, latex, wines,food oils and juices.

Operaion

Flexitank should be installed in 20-foot container.Installation of a 24,000L FLEXITANK takes 10-20 minutes.After installation you will just need to connect your connecting device to FLEXITANK.Using the pump you can start loading.Loading takes 20-40 minutes depending on type of a cargo and the pump.After loading is finished the container with FLEXITANK and with your cargo is ready to travel.The flexitank can be transported by road,railway or sea.

Leading technologies

1)Automatic airvent valve

Automatically release of air pressure when it is more than 0.0065Mpa inside of the flexitank.It would make sure that flexitank and cargo is always safe during operation.

2)Upgrading on Protective Out Layer

Our engineers tracked and tested 1000 pieces of flexitanks at different transportation modes and conditions.We made those of the following revolutionary upgrading:

a) Protective out layer of BLT flexitanks are made of high-tech aramid fibers,and it has incomparable advantage at tension and softness against ordinary PP fiber.

b) Each 10cm between woven of the protective layer,there is a high strength zonal reinforcing rib.Their application will make an innovative upgrade in the flexitank safety area.

c) Protective our layer of BLT flexitanks is a 4 meters-width single time integral molding bag,and compared to traditional fission suture PP protective bag,it is more safe and reliable.

With the technical innovation above,BLT flexitanks always work well in the normal conditions,and even some rarely emergency events our flexitanks could perform well.

3) 3 inch ball valve

a) Compared with butterfly valve,ball valve is sealed more closely and with better resistance to pressure.There is no block when valve is opened,which make liquid flow through freely and quickly.

b) In the joint position between internal valve and flexitank, a safely protection device is added.This device effectively prevents inner film layer blocking the valve,and make residual liquid the minimum after discharging.

Our technical team is continously exploring the flexitank application area,and we has successfully developed flexitanks that could load high- temperature liquid at 150 degrees,and high barrier flexitanks for liquid which is sensitive to oxygen.We could also design according to specification provided by customers.

Loading

We can arrange technical (on site) attendance for any 1st time loadings. This will be reviewed on a case by case evaluation. This will involve any training of fitting (if applicable), and loading the Flexitank by pump. This can be carried out by either our in-house team or by our global agent network.
